About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Developer with deep experience in Craft CMS to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. This role is pivotal to delivering high-performing, scalable, and user-focused websites for our growing portfolio of clients.

You will lead key projects from a technical perspective, mentor junior developers, and work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to bring award-winning ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical implementation of websites, with a primary focus on Craft CMS
- Develop custom plugins, modules, and integrations for Craft CMS
- Collaborate with our design and UX teams to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible, responsive websites
- Maintain high standards of code quality and documentation
- Manage deployments and contribute to continuous integration workflows
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions for new projects
- Mentor and support junior developers
- Participate in code reviews and support process improvements

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years experience working with Craft CMS in a professional environment
- Experience developing custom Craft CMS plugins and modules
- Familiarity with modern frontend workflows (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
- Git experience with Github, Bitbucket or similar and understanding of deployment pipelines
- Strong understanding of accessibility and performance best practices
- Experience with API integrations (REST, GraphQL)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly

Nice to Have

- Experience with other PHP based CMSs (e.g., WordPress, Expression Engine)
- Experience working in an agency environment
- Familiarity with server environments and hosting setups (Laravel Forge, DigitalOcean, etc.)
- Experience working with Figma and design handoffs
