Welcome to our Counseling and Psychotherapy Service, dedicated to providing specialized support to the LGBTQ+ and Neurodivergent community. Our team comprises highly trained therapists who offer personalized therapy tailored to your distinct requirements.

At our practice, every member of our team is neurodivergent and/or belongs to the LGBTQ+ community. This unique perspective ensures that we comprehensively understand the specific challenges associated with navigating a world that frequently fails to accommodate these identities.

We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and understanding environment where individuals can explore their concerns and work towards personal growth and healing. Whatever your needs may be, we're here to support you on your journey towards mental well-being.

We offer face-to-face therapy in Dublin and online therapy for individuals living in other parts of Ireland, Europe, and the UK.

We work with individuals and couples.

Our services include:

1. Neurodiversity Affirming Therapy: Affirming therapy services for neurodivergent individuals, including ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and other neuro-minorities. Our compassionate therapists offer a safe and understanding space for you to explore your unique experiences and challenges navigating a neurotypical world.
2. LGBTQ+ Therapy: Affirming therapy services for the LGBTQ+ community. Our experienced therapists offer a safe and supportive environment for individuals of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions. Whether you're navigating coming out, managing stress, or seeking support for gender transition, we're here to help you thrive.
3. Feminist Therapy: Feminist therapy with a trans-inclusive approach. Empowering individuals of all genders through a lens of intersectional feminism. Whether you're navigating issues related to gender identity, experiences of sexism, or systemic oppression, we're here to support you.
4. Trauma-Informed Therapy: Compassionate support for individuals who have experienced trauma. Whether you're healing from past trauma, navigating current challenges, or seeking support for PTSD, we're here to help you reclaim your sense of safety, autonomy, and well-being.
5. Multicultural Therapy: Designed to honor and respect diverse backgrounds. Whether you're navigating cultural differences, challenges, racism, discrimination, or seeking support for issues impacted by your cultural background, we're here to provide a safe and affirming space for you to explore and heal.
