The Role:

- Manage and advise on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects
- Work closely with leading clients in sectors such as commercial, retail, and development
- Draft, negotiate, and review property-related agreements and documentation
- Conduct property related due diligence on major transactions and oversee compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with partners, other teams, and clients to ensure seamless execution of transactions

The Person:

- Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years’ PQE in Real Estate Law
- Strong technical skills with proven experience in property transactions
- Commercially aware with excellent client management and negotiation abilities
- Collaborative, proactive, and detail-focused approach
- Experience with a leading real estate team is desirable
