Our client, a community-focused organisation, is dedicated to providing vital health and social services that support individuals in reaching their full potential. Now, they’re looking for a Social Care Manager to lead their day service in Kells, Co. Meath—a role where you can truly make a difference.

What you’ll do:

1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the service
2. Work closely with the Area Manager to deliver exceptional care and support
3. Ensure compliance with the HSE New Directions Policy and organisational standards
4. Foster a positive, inclusive, and person-centred environment

What You Need:

1. A third-level qualification in Social Care, Education & Training, Intellectual Disability Nursing, Allied Health Professions, or a related field – Level 7.
2. At least five years of relevant post-qualification experience in Social Care
3. A minimum of two years in a leadership/management role
4. A full, clean manual driving licence
5. Full legal right to work in Ireland.
