Assistant Director of Sales €

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Director of Sales for our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, sales focus person to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Irish hotel market at a senior level. As the Assistant Director of Sales you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, and manage relationships with clients and partners. Must have Irish hotel experience.

Responsibilities:

- Building, managing and maintaining relationships with local companies.
- Negotiating rate agreements on a local level only, RFPs are managed at group level.
- Seeking out and attracting corporate group business
- Building and managing relationships with DMCs
- Building and managing relationships with key Tour Operators.
- Creating sales strategy for meeting & events in the properties
- Website performance, packages and promotions.
- Developing a manage the database
- Developing an OTA strategy with Revenue Manager.
- Developing a marketing strategy to drive sales at the property.
- Transport required
