Work-Life Balance: Flexible work options when not traveling, including hybrid. Key Responsibilities Drive Sales Success: Own the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closure. Business Development: Identify and cultivate new market opportunities, forging strong relationships with clients and partners. Account Management: Build and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with the leadership team to meet and exceed sales targets. Product Demonstrations: Confidently showcase our solutions, translating technical features into compelling value propositions for diverse audiences. Client Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that drive their success. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our technical team to ensure client requirements are met seamlessly. Brand Representation: Represent Viska Systems at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities, enhancing our visibility and reputation in the industry. What Were Looking For Were seeking someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and has a passion for technology and innovation. Field Sales Expertise: Proven track record in field sales of at least 5 years, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets, (ideally in automation, AI, or machine vision industries.) Technical Aptitude: Ability to confidently demonstrate how our solutions address client needs. Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. Self-Motivation: A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team. Adaptability: A desire to continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Travel-Ready: A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel. Approximately 60% of the time to meet clients and attend events in Ireland. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent work experience will also be considered. Proven sales experience in technical fields, particularly with machine vision, AI, or robotics solutions is highly desirable. (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.)
