This role will be office-based Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. This role will suit someone living in the South Offaly / North Tipperary area. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced working environment this could be the role for you. This role offers a wide variety of duties.

Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:
• Data entry
• Inputting invoices.
• Customer service.
• Meet and greet customers
• Schedule repair and maintenance of vehicles
• Workshop administration
• Electronic and manual filing.
• Identifying and implementing of administrative efficiencies.
• Other adhoc administration when required.

Candidate profile:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• 3 to 4 years administration experience in an industry role.
• Able to work on own initiative as well as a team player.
• Organised approach to work.
