ICP & deal size

- ICP: Mid-market & enterprise companies,500–5,000 employees, typically HR/People leaders plus Finance and Operations.

- Average deal size: €50–€60k ACV on 1-3 year contracts, with plenty of upsell/expansion on usage.

- Problems they solve: faster access to real specialists, higher employee engagement, and a modern alternative to outdated helpline models to reduce burn out.

- Help shorten the sales cycle from 8 months to 3.

- Work in an “adult” culture - autonomy, no micromanagement.

- Real scope: shape ICP, refine messaging, set standards the team follows.

What you’ll own

- Player–coach: lead a small full-cycle new business team and (over time) take day-to-day on Account Management to drive renewals/expansion.

- New logo revenue: personal quota + team target across mid-market.

- Clean execution: proper discovery, multi-threading, crisp business cases, tidy hand-offs.

- Cross-functional: daily with Marketing, Product etc.

- Channel (bonus): help stand up a partner/alliances motion.

What you’ve done

- Closed B2B SaaS into HR for 2+ years (HR tech, benefits, payroll, ATS).

- Full-cycle wins in mid-market with deal sizes in the €40-100k range.

- Disciplined operator: pipeline hygiene, forecasts that land, repeatable plays.

- Entrepreneurial, scrappy, thrives in scale-up mode.
