Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Bar and Nightclub Manager for one of our well-established clients in Dingle, Co. Kerry.

As a Nightclub Manager, you will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a passion for nightlife entertainment. You will ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience by maintaining high standards of service, safety, and entertainment.

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ Years Bar and Nightclub Manager experience in a busy bar and restaurant environment with a strong work ethic essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and inventory control.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

PACKAGE ON OFFER

- Competitive salary of €20 – €25 per hour dependent on experience.
- Other benefits to be discussed during interview stage.
