Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment (360): from BD to sourcing and talent acquisition to client management and placements
Engage with stakeholders, nurture clients, and deliver results as a natural relationship builder
Own your desk with the freedom and responsibility to make an impact from day one
Collaborate with a growing Tech team and an established client base, with room to expand the book of business
Participate in hands-on desk training and structured onboarding to set you up for success
Qualifications Experience in a busy phone/target-based sales role OR proven experience in recruitment/business development
Strong business development skills – hunger to win new business and grow client relationships
You’ll join a growing Tech team with an established client base and room to grow
No prior IT/Tech experience required, but it’s a bonus if you have it
Direct 1:1 mentorship from our Country Director, with valuable industry experience
