Description Exciting opportunity for professionals and graduates looking to gain experience in the funds industry as an Oversight Associate. You will oversee client funds to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and fiduciary requirements, and generate reports for Fund Boards to support governance at Carne Group.
Minimum Requirements A recognised professional or third-level qualification relevant to the role.
Genuine interest in the funds industry.
Who are we looking for? Carne is recruiting Oversight Associates in Wexford or Kilkenny. Ideal candidates are ambitious professionals seeking to build their careers in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities Manage day-to-day oversight of client funds, ensuring timely receipt and recording of fund reports and initiating appropriate actions.
Support preparation and delivery of reports to stakeholders and regulators within deadlines.
Maintain excellent relationships with clients and fund delegates to ensure clear communication.
Collaborate with Relationship Managers on quarterly Fund Board reports.
Implement and adapt to new tasks and processes to meet standards.
Support team development and training when needed.
Provide feedback to IT teams for platform improvements to meet regulatory reporting needs.
Required Competencies Strong numeric, analytical, and report writing skills with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ownership and initiative in problem resolution.
Ability to work independently and in teams.
Client-centric approach.
