This role is a hybrid role and requires a presence in the office each week in Galway.

Who you'll be working with:

Join us in pioneering Intelligent Experiences and advancing towards an autonomous business by developing modular RAG systems, piloting strategic use cases, and transitioning from foundational to conversational and autonomous layers, while expanding our team to create reusable components and new domain solutions.

What you'll be doing:

- Ensure the successful delivery of the user experience for projects of moderate complexity based on business objectives and user research.
- Apply user-centered design methods to frame and deliver the experience of the products we build to be useful, intuitive and enjoyable.
- Work closely with stakeholders and product owners, to provide insight into customer behavior, guide product focus and plan product features.
- Lead the discovery process and execute a variety of user research activities. Synthesize and communicate results of user research to make moderately complex design recommendations for impact.
- Design new high quality complex multi-step user flows, wireframes, concepts and prototypes using various design tools.
- Own the oversight of the defined UX standards and brand guidelines in the execution of interaction and visual design and serve as the subject matter expert in this area. Propose changes or new standards as needed and contribute to style guides.
- Work collaboratively by sharing designs early and often, seeking constructive feedback and integrating feedback to improve the user experience.
- Support the team to develop, strengthen and align their ideas with business goals and user needs.
- Support team in implementing continuous improvement and actively seek to introduce new UX techniques.
- Continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
- Coach, mentor and provide feedback to team members and other designers.
- Actively seek opportunities for you and your team to collaborate with and learn from others across our organization through internal networks, events and communities of practice.

Experience and Skills We Need:

- Comprehensive Design Experience: Demonstrated significant experience in the full design lifecycle, supported by an up-to-date portfolio.
- Proficiency in Design Tools: Skilled in using graphic software packages and prototyping tools such as Figma, XD, or similar.
- Application of Design Processes: Experience in applying industry-recognized design and innovation processes, such as Double Diamond or similar, to create enterprise solutions.
- UX Expertise: At least 3 years of experience designing full-service consumer and business applications.
- Disciplinary Knowledge: Strong knowledge in UX disciplines, including User Research, Interaction Design, Service Design, Visual Design, and Front-end Development (HTML & CSS).
- Advancing UX Maturity: Proven ability to contribute to the progression of an organization's UX maturity as a collaborative team player.
- Contribution to Practice Libraries: Experience in contributing to practice libraries and engaging with communities of practice around design.
- Technical Comfort: Comfortable working within technical domains.

This role requires someone who can effectively drive UX maturity and innovation within a team setting.
