As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a dedicated People & Culture Partner to help us shape, support, and celebrate our most important asset—our people. This is a full-time permanent position.
About the Role As a People & Culture Partner , you’ll play a key role in driving engagement, supporting our growing team, and delivering best-in-class HR operations across the business. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you’ll work closely with leaders and team members across the estate to support a positive, high-performance, and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end recruitment and seamless onboarding for new team members
Champion employee engagement, driving creative team-building initiatives and wellbeing programmes
Provide guidance on employee relations and act as a trusted advisor to managers
Track and analyse HR metrics and reporting to support strategic decision-making
Manage and execute key HR projects and initiatives that align with our values and business goals
Ensure efficient and compliant HR operations across the employee lifecycle
Who You Are We're looking for someone who is people-focused, solutions-driven, and passionate about creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
3+ years’ experience in a People/HR Generalist or Business Partner role
Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
An understanding of Irish employment law and best practices in employee relations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Confidence working with data, reporting tools, and HR systems
A proactive, hands-on approach and genuine passion for people and culture
