Responsibilities of the Role: Ensure monthly budgets are adhered to and achieved Work with Sales & Marketing Department to develop ideas for continuous revenue generation Manage a busy reception desk to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times Ensure all Spa therapists are trained to the highest standards and are continuously developing their skills in line with industry standards and progression. Ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained throughout all areas of the spa Ensure that all relevant Health & Safety standards are maintained The successful candidate must have: A positive attitude with a passion for the industry Have a proven track record in managing a busy Spa with a large team of therapists, receptionists, and spa attendants. Must hold relevant qualification (ITEC, CIBTAC or CIDESCO) and be qualified in face and body treatments.
