Responsibilities: Monitor employee performance metrics and quality standards. Conduct regular quality reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement within teams. Collaborate with team leads to ensure alignment on quality expectations and goals. Provide backup to the training department when required. Performs administrative duties as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field. Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar analytical role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coaching. Ability to analyze data and convert it into actionable insights. Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools and software. Fluent in English and Swedish. Salary: €33000 p/a Bonus:up to 10% paid quarterly Relocation package: up to €2000 Benefits: Private health insurance (from day 1) Pension contribution (after 12 months of service) Bike to Work Scheme Tax Saver Scheme Work hrs: 9am 5.30pm Mon Fri Location: Dublin 18 Work model:onsite
