Overview

We are an innovative Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) company revolutionizing how projects are designed, managed, and delivered. Technology is at the heart of what we do, and we are searching for an experienced PowerSuite Specialist to lead our efforts in developing tailored digital solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

PowerApps Development & Coding

- Design, develop, and maintain complex PowerApps for AEC-specific workflows, including field operations, inspections, and project management.
- Use coding languages such as PowerFX, JavaScript, and C# to create advanced customizations and features.
- Integrate PowerApps with external services and platforms (e.g., Azure, SQL, Dataverse, SharePoint).

Azure Integration & Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

- Develop and deploy PowerApps solutions with integrated Azure services for enhanced performance and scalability.
- Manage application lifecycle workflows, including version control, deployment pipelines, and DevOps practices, using Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Process Mapping & User Journey Design

- Gather and analyze user requirements from internal teams and stakeholders.
- Create detailed process maps and user journey flows to ensure PowerApps meet business needs effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align app functionality with project goals and workflows.

Product Development & Optimization

- Lead end-to-end product development cycles, from conceptualization to deployment.
- Continuously optimize and enhance PowerApps for usability, scalability, and performance.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure solutions meet quality standards.

Data Management & Reporting

- Connect PowerApps to various data sources, including SQL databases, Azure Dataverse, and external APIs.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights.

Collaboration & User Training

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine applications.
- Provide training sessions and user support to ensure seamless adoption of new tools.

Qualifications

- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in PowerApps development, with a strong background in product development, user journey mapping, and ALM practices.
- Technical Expertise:

- Advanced knowledge of Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Proficiency in coding languages such as PowerFX, JavaScript, C#, and HTML/CSS.

- Hands-on experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps.

- Strong understanding of SQL databases, Dataverse, and API integrations.

- Industry Knowledge:

- Familiarity with AEC workflows and tools such as Revit, BIM 360, and Procore is a strong advantage.

- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Associate Level Microsoft Power Platform certification is highly desirable.

- Soft Skills:
- - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to translate technical concepts into layman-friendly terms for training and documentation.
