SSA are looking for an Architectural Technologist on behalf of our client, a well know Architecture Firm in Kildare.
Job Description
- Produce detailed design drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure the technical integrity of design solutions.
- Lead the preparation and submission of planning and building permit applications.
- Conduct site inspections and assist in resolving construction-related issues.
- Manage projects across the residential and commercial sector
Requirements
- Relevant Degree
- 5 + years experience in Ireland
- Revit skills essential
- Driver's License Preferable
- Site experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workload independently and in a team environment
