The MLOps Engineer will lead the integration of machine learning models into production, focusing on automation, scalability, and reliability. Responsibilities include deploying and managing ML models across cloud platforms, building CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment, and optimizing system performance.

The role involves developing tools to enhance data security, integrity, and system efficiency. Collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and IT teams is essential to streamline deployment, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

This position requires expertise in machine learning, data science, software engineering, and IT operations, with experience in cloud platforms, container orchestration, and CI tools.

Responsibilities

1. Manage server workloads in cloud environments, monitoring performance and configuration.

2. Automate the machine learning lifecycle, including training, deployment, and monitoring.

3. Deploy and manage ML models in production, ensuring proper infrastructure setup.

4. Monitor model performance and troubleshoot issues, optimizing for better efficiency.

5. Collaborate with data scientists, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders for successful integration.

6. Coordinate with IT on data engineering and hardware support for predictive models and equipment rollout.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend solutions to meet business needs.

8. Participate in team meetings and provide technical support for operations, testing, and rollouts, including data collection and project management.

What we expect from you

- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.

- 1-3 years experience with Spark and Data Proc Clusters.

- 1-3 years experience with automation, build, and deployment tools like Cloud Formation or Terraform.

- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and experience in Agile DevOps environments.

- Knowledge of ML Ops tools such as Jenkins and GitLab.

- Strong understanding of analytics, algorithms, and simulation tools.

- Ability to manage complex systems, lead cross-departmental initiatives, and demonstrate leadership.

- Contribute to the development of MLOps practices.

The base pay range for this position is $69,000 - $117,000 annually, with potential bonuses and benefits such as parental leave, free EAP sessions, 401k match, and more. For details, visit www.wendysbenefits.com.
