Access Talent Group are currently working with one of Ireland’s most well-respected Civil & Structural consultancies who are looking to bring on a Principal Project Manager for their Rail Team in their North Dublin office.

As a Project Manager specialising in civils/rail projects, you will be the driving force behind successful project delivery. From initial planning to project completion, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, and quality standards are maintained. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating with diverse teams, managing resources effectively, and overcoming project challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage civil engineering projects, with a focus on rail infrastructure.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors, to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering, specifically in rail projects.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and rail infrastructure requirements.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to navigate challenges and find innovative solutions.
- Relevant project management certifications are a plus.

As well as receiving a competitive salary, the successful applicant will receive a company pension contribution up to 8%, 30 days annual leave and an annual company bonus based on personal performance
