Job Summary:

Are you an experienced and highly skilled Network Support Engineer with a passion for delivering outstanding support services? N Consulting Ltd. is looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Network Support Engineer based in Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to our clients and will work closely with our network team to provide top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to clients via telephone, email, and remote desktop access
2. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and incidents in a timely manner
3. Monitor network performance and proactively identify and address potential issues
4. Collaborate with the network team to implement and maintain network infrastructure and systems
5. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and procedures
6. Assist in developing and implementing network security protocols
7. Train clients on network operations and troubleshoot common network problems
8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in network technology and recommend improvements to enhance performance and security

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
2. 3-5 years of experience in network support and troubleshooting
3. Strong understanding of network protocols, switches, routers, and firewalls
4. Proven experience in configuring and maintaining network infrastructure and systems
5. Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills
8. Fluent in French and English
