Overview
GPC Finance has partnered with a leading Chartered Accountancy firm in Ireland that provides innovative, dynamic business and taxation solutions to their extensive client list. Due to continuous growth, they now require an Accounts Senior to join their team in Cavan. Responsibilities include, overseeing a diverse client portfolio, engaging with clients, and cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with internal colleagues as well as both prospective and current clients.
Responsibilities
- Utilise a team of trainee accountants to deliver services, delegating and managing the workload.
- Prepare and file VAT and Payroll returns.
- Prepare and file Corporation Tax and Income Tax returns with Revenue.
- Consistently improving and innovating to maintain a continuous improvement culture.
- Manage a portfolio of Clients in the provision of accounting services such as audit exemption and audited financial statements preparation.
Experience
- Ideally 2+ years in Practice PQE
- Recently qualified ACCA/ACA/CPA
- Problem solving attitude.
- Curious nature and a wish to find better solutions.
- Tech savvy and ability to adapt to using a variety of technologies.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: €50,000 – €60,000.
