We are currently seeking a Clinical Nurse Reviewer I to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical Nurse Reviewer I at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analysing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. The role is office based with flexibility. Your office could be Reading - UK, Swansea - UK or Dublin - Ireland.

What you will be doing:

- Conduct comprehensive reviews of clinical trial protocols, patient records, and medical documentation to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with clinical teams to assess patient eligibility, adverse events, and protocol deviations, providing clinical insights and recommendations as needed.

- Assist in the development and implementation of nursing review processes and procedures to optimise data quality and integrity.

- Participate in data collection and analysis activities, contributing to the interpretation and reporting of clinical trial results.

- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of nursing review activities and findings, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.

Your profile

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent healthcare‑related field.

- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

- Previous clinical nursing experience, preferably in a research or clinical trial setting.

- Strong understanding of medical terminology, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements related to clinical research.

- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
