Overview

Working with a combination of junior and senior change colleagues, you will lead in delivering a change management package or workstream, providing effective support to teams and guiding senior stakeholders. The delivery of a change management package and workstream is likely to include the development of change impact assessments, training needs analysis, communication strategies, and training design and delivery.

Responsibilities

- Be able to apply best-practice change management methodologies and manage junior team members to ensuring they build their knowledge and change capability.
- Facilitate scoping and business priority setting for complex changes, engaging senior stakeholders as required.
- Complete stakeholder examination and develop communications plans.
- Develop project plans using standard project management tools.
- Demonstrate innovation in communications, utilising digital tools and techniques.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and project post-mortem for lessons learned and improving best practices.
- Support/lead in the design and delivery of training plans and strategy.
- Support the Expleo Change leadership, and lead in the development of change materials.

Qualifications

- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent work experience.

Desirable:

- Additional certification in Change Management (e.g., APMG, Prosci/ADKAR).
- Related Post-grad qualification.
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: project management, change management, communications, or training design and delivery.

Experience

- Experience and knowledge in project management methodologies and has awareness of new and emerging technologies and developments.
- Has good applications/technology knowledge, building on specialist domain knowledge. Has practical experience of and is proficient with project management tools and frameworks required to deliver.
- Understanding of the project management lifecycle and experience with all stages of the product development lifecycle (concept to launch).
- Experience in applying problem-solving methodologies and tools to diagnose and solve operational and interpersonal problems.
- Experience in providing technical guidance to enable others and solving technical queries from junior colleagues.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of client/server architecture, object-oriented design/development, and package implementation.
- Experience using project management tools, tracking plans, and actual statistics from inception through to implementation.
