IT Director / Head of IT
I'm partnered with a successful business who manage an outstanding portfolio of companies across the financial services space. They're currently looking for a new IT Director/Head of IT to lead the infrastructure and support teams across their group of companies.
The successful applicant will be leading a team of around 10 people across various companies and geographical locations. You'll oversee the design, implementation and management of their IT infrastructure and ensure the commonality and synergy across the various different businesses within the group. You'll also need to be someone very security focused as this role will partner closely with the Head of Security to ensure best practices across the business.
Required Experience:
- Experience managing on-prem and cloud based infrastructure and applications
- Strong leadership skills managing teams both locally and remotely
- Strong from a hands-on perspective in Microsoft based environments
- Expert in ITIL
- Experience leading an organisation from on-prem to the cloud
