Dein Profil Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Supply-Chain- oder Logistik-Umfeld.

Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Automatisierung von Prozessen, im Controlling sowie im KPI-Reporting

Zusätzlich verfügst du über grundlegende Kenntnisse im Einkauf oder Produktmanagement, um die Schnittstellenarbeit noch effizienter zu gestalten.

Du überzeugst durch starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Organisationstalent und sicheres Verhandlungsgeschick

Du bringst Erfahrung aus einem Startup- oder Scale-up-Umfeld mit und hast bereits im E-Commerce / Handel gearbeitet

Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und bewegst dich souverän in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld

Deine Aufgaben Logistik & Operations

Steuerung und Organisation von nationalen & internationalen Transporten (Spedition, Zoll, etc.)
Management der Fulfillment-Center, Retouren- und Risikomanagement
Verhandlung von Logistikverträgen & Versandkonditionen
Identifikation von Einsparpotenzialen durch Prozessverbesserungen, Automatisierung und Standardisierung
Prozess- & Projektmanagement:
Weiterentwicklung und Effizienzsteigerung von SCM-Prozessen durch die Analyse bestehender Abläufe und die Einführung geeigneter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
Verantwortung bei internen Projekten, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Prozessoptimierung und Implementierung neuer Systeme und Tools
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Procurement, Produktmanagement, E-Commerce, Customer Success sowie Finance
Performance Monitoring und Reporting:
Überwachung und Analyse relevanter KPIs inkl. Reporting
Analyse und Optimierung von Logistikkosten (z. B. Kosten pro Bestellung, pro Standort, Retourenquoten)
Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen zur Behebung von Problemen und Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Warenverfügbarkeit
