Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Senior UI/Visual Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll work on a diverse range of projects for both B2B and B2C clients, contributing to visually stunning designs for websites and brand identities. You'll collaborate closely with UX designers to ensure designs are not only visually compelling but also intuitive and user-centered. This hybrid position allows you to balance remote work with on-site collaboration in our beautiful Dublin office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces.
- Taking and owning the leading design role in projects, driving ideation and creating visually stunning user interfaces.
- Running and Organising project workshops independently.
- Design compelling brand assets, including logos, visual identities, and style guides, to help clients stand out in their markets.
- Work closely with UX designers to ensure designs align with user needs and project goals.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across projects, ensuring consistency and creativity.
- Translate our clients' goals into beautiful digital designs.
- Partner with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Generating ideas and selling them into clients and other members of the team.
- Delegating tasks and providing support for less senior members of the team.
- Foster a fearless and positive attitude to drive success and inspire team collaboration.
- Continue to maintain and build client relationships.
- Taking full responsibility and ownership of a project from start to finish.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience as a UI/Visual Designer or in a related design role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in web design, UI, and brand design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Experience working on brand design, including logo creation and visual identity development.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive attitude.
- Based in Ireland and able to work in a hybrid capacity (2 days remote, 3 days on-site).
