Overview We’re hiring for three roles in the Data & Analytics team: Business Analyst, Data Analyst, and Data Visualization Developer. We are building a dynamic team dedicated to turning information into insight and empowering smarter decision-making across the organization.
We are currently hiring for three exciting roles: Business Analyst , Data Analyst , and Data Visualization Developer .
Business Analyst As a Business Analyst , you will serve as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. You’ll partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and recommend improvements that drive efficiency and value.
What You’ll Do Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
Document processes, requirements, and user stories.
Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements.
Support testing, validation, and rollout of new initiatives.
What We’re Looking For Experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies a plus.
Data Analyst As a Data Analyst , you’ll turn raw data into actionable insights. You’ll work with complex data sets, develop reports, and deliver analytics that help shape strategic and operational decisions.
What You’ll Do Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
Provide data-driven recommendations for leadership.
What We’re Looking For Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Python, R, or similar tools is a plus.
Data Visualization Developer As a Data Visualization Developer , you’ll bring data to life through clear, compelling, and interactive visuals. You’ll design dashboards and reports that make insights accessible and actionable for stakeholders across the business.
What You’ll Do Develop dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Translate business needs into user-friendly reporting solutions.
Apply design best practices to simplify complex data stories.
Continuously improve reporting solutions with user feedback.
What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Strong understanding of SQL, DAX, or other data querying languages.
An eye for design and user experience.
Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
