Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support within a fast-paced hospital setting. Manage communication and correspondence, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Maintain accurate records, prepare documents, and handle inquiries with professionalism. Collaborate effectively with medical professionals and other administrative staff. Essential Criteria: Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role within a healthcare setting is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively. Proficient in the use of ICT, including MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, and other systems. Hours: 18.5 hours per week. The role is onsite and may involve working 3.5 hours daily, allowing for a balanced workday. Hours will be flexible and set by the line manager to best suit both the needs of the team and your schedule.
