Senior Sales Executive Spirit Seat/Cupra We are seeking an experienced sales professionals to join our team in Sandyford, Dublin 18. What skills and experience you need to apply for this role: A minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in a target driven environment. Previous sales experience within the motor industry and with any of the Seat/Cupra brands will be a distinct advantage. Effective time management with an ability to plan and organise your own daily selling activities to secure new business. Fluent written and spoken English, full unrestricted access to live and work in Ireland Full clean driving licence for Ireland Flexible approach to work 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday Were looking for someone who: is committed to delivering an outstanding and bespoke customer experience. is passionate about developing and maintaining a comprehensive brand product knowledge. has a track record of success in a Sales role, ideally within a premium automotive brand. has experience in working within established brand standards and guidelines to maintain and uphold brand reputation. is a collaborative and supportive team player that displays high levels of ownership. is process-driven has experience of working within a strict compliance framework. Role Profile Greet customers and qualify them effectively in order to understand their needs. Assist customers in selecting their new vehicle. Ensure great customer service is provided to all clients. Liaise with customers throughout the buying process. Manage the preparation and hand over of sold vehicles to customers. Maintain the showroom and displays to required standards. Work to strict targets and deadlines. Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, accessories and key features.
