- Supervise and review audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Assist in planning and executing audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports.

- Liaise with clients to address queries and provide insights on audit findings.

- Identify opportunities to enhance audit processes and methodologies.

- Support the audit team in meeting deadlines and achieving targets.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Audit Assistant Manager should have:

- Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).

- Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.

- Experience in managing audit engagements within the professional services industry.

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
