Role: Counterbalance and Reach Driver Salary: €14.50-€15.50 Duration: Full-time, Permanent Location: North Dublin Counterbalance and Reach Driver Seeking an experienced and dependable Counterbalance and Reach Forklift Driver to join a dynamic and growing team within a leading company based in North Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent role that offers long-term stability, competitive pay and the opportunity to work in a well-organised, supportive warehouse environment where your skills and contributions will be genuinely valued. You will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth and safe movement of goods throughout the facility. Youll be responsible for operating both Counterbalance and Reach forklifts, handling stock with care and precision and supporting the overall efficiency of operational process. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, adhere to safety protocols, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. To be considered, you must hold a valid Counterbalance and Reach forklift licence and have relevant experience in a similar warehouse or logistics environment. Responsibilities: Safely operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts to move, load, and unload goods. Transport stock to designated areas within the warehouse with accuracy and care. Ensure all inventory is handled and stored according to company procedures. Assist with general warehouse duties as required, including stock checks and order picking. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Follow all health and safety regulations and report any hazards or incidents promptly. Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily operational targets. Requirements: Valid Counterbalance and Reach forklift licences (essential). Proven experience operating both types of forklifts in a warehouse or logistics setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
