Programme Description:
Our Internship Programme provides undergraduate students a structured and meaningful learning experience to prepare for future careers and help make informed decisions about their professional aspirations. This 10-week paid opportunity provides hands-on experience within the Investment Management Services Team in Dublin. It aims to support participants in growing their skills, empowering their curiosity, celebrating their versatility, and discovering their impact. Interns will work in a hybrid model from our Dublin office and collaborate virtually with peers in our US and London offices.
The Internship Programme often serves as a stepping stone into our full-time Associates Programme, a yearlong developmental opportunity for recent graduates looking to kick-start their careers at SEI. Interns will have the opportunity to connect with SEI’s strong network of Associates to learn about their achievements and contributions across our global organization and corporate culture.
The 2025 Intern Program commences June 2025.

You can expect to:
1. Enhance your professional skills and strengthen your business acumen through our weekly seminar series
2. Receive an on-demand summer learning plan, carefully curated by our Learning & Development team
3. Build teams and compete in a global strategic project showcased to the entire company, including senior leadership
4. Have your CV reviewed
5. Receive regular coaching and support to help formulate your career goals through one-to-one sessions with our programme manager
6. Network with alumni of our Internship and Associates programs and the broader SEI workforce as you engage in career story sessions and coffee chats
7. Build connections with fellow interns through several events held throughout the summer
What you will bring to the table:
1. A passion for the Financial Services industry
2. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in technology, business or related field
3. Currently in your penultimate year of study
4. On track for at least a 2:1
5. University or community involvement such as with charitable groups, travel abroad experience, participation in various clubs, organisations or athletic groups, etc.
