Company Intro / Summary A leading Project and Cost Management Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Limerick. Responsibilities Provide full pre- and post-contract cost management services across multiple projects. Prepare detailed cost plans, budgets, tender documents, and procurement strategies. Lead value engineering exercises and provide strategic cost advice to clients. Manage variations, valuations, and final accounts while maintaining accurate cost reporting. Act as the key client contact on assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery and high-quality service. Mentor and support junior surveyors within the team. Contribute to business development and maintaining client relationships. Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline. Minimum of 5 years experience in a PQS or consultancy role, with strong project and cost management exposure. Proven ability to manage medium-to-large scale projects across different sectors. Excellent commercial awareness and strong client-facing skills. Chartered status (SCSI/RICS) preferred or working towards. Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cost management software. Package Salary: €85,000 €90,000 (DOE). Hybrid working model available. Pension scheme and additional company benefits.
