The Role:
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will:

- Advise on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
- Provide expert advice to clients on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Manage a varied and high-profile caseload while delivering exceptional client service.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to provide seamless advice on cross-departmental matters.

The Person:

- 3-6 years’ PQE with a strong background in corporate law.
