The Role
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Litigation team
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and liaise with clients and counsel
- Assist with case management, file maintenance, and billing processes
- Ensure deadlines are met and work is completed to a high standard
The Person
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in litigation is essential
- Strong document production and typing skills
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage workload effectively in a busy team environment
