The main goal of this role is to sell the full portfolio of **fire solutions and services** to a range of customers and new customer prospects in the business-to-business market within a designated sales territory We are seeking a Business Development Manager to cover Leinster.* Selling Fire Solutions for Install and Service Portfolio.* Developing both new and existing business with commercial organisations (SME’s, Residential, large corporations)* Building partnerships with Architects, M and E Contractors and Main Contractors, both by telephone and field sales visits* Maximising on revenue potential whilst continually delivering excellent customer service.* You will be targeted to meet or exceed install sales and margin revenue targets, recurring revenue sales targets and activity and quotation levels.**To be successful in this role you will:*** Technical knowledge of Fire systems or products is preferred/ but related technical industry knowledge may be considered Proven new business development sales experience.* Proven ability to self-generate leads* Technical, solution sales background* An awareness and ongoing knowledge of fire legislation.* Strong territory management and sales planning skills* Up to €60k basic salary (OTE €100K) uncapped* Company vehicle or cash allowance* 20 days holidays plus bank holidays.* Company pension scheme* Laya health Care* Fully funded study* A central Benefits programme that offers a wide variety of discounts, soon to include Health & Wellbeing services* Bravo Awards which recognise outstanding contributions from all employees and encourage excellenceChubb Fire & Security is one of the most recognised fire and security brands in the world.
