What Youll Be Doing Own the commercial function across multiple large-scale projects Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost plans to ensure financial targets are met Lead procurement strategies, contract negotiations, and subcontractor management Provide commercial insight and reporting to senior leadership Identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and industry standards Support tendering and bid submissions for future pipeline work What Youll Bring Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field 810+ years experience in commercial roles within the construction industry Proven success managing the commercial aspects of large, complex projects Strong knowledge of contract forms (RIAI, FIDIC, NEC, etc.) Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills Proficiency in cost management tools and Microsoft Office Whats on Offer Highly competitive salary and performance-based bonus Company vehicle or travel allowance Pension scheme, life insurance, and income protection Laptop, phone, and flexible working support Relocation assistance (if applicable) Ongoing CPD and leadership development programmes A collaborative, forward-thinking culture where your voice matters
