Role

APPLICATION SUPPORT ASSOCIATE – LOANS

Location: Dublin | Salary: Competitive and based on experience

Responsibilities

- Support critical financial systems underpinning lending operations, with a focus on the Loan IQ platform.
- Provide responsive user assistance, resolve queries efficiently, and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Monitor system performance, participate in testing cycles for new releases, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proactively solve problems, communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Contribute to maintaining robust system configurations to deliver reliable solutions that drive business outcomes.

What you bring / Qualifications

- Proven experience supporting financial applications within banking or corporate finance environments is highly desirable.
- Interest in loan servicing technology with foundational knowledge of platforms such as Loan IQ.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across IT and non-IT functions as well as with external vendors.
- Ability to document incidents accurately using tools like JIRA or SNOW.
- Attention to detail when monitoring system health metrics and contributing to proactive solutions.
- Experience participating in software testing activities including upgrades, patches, or feature rollouts.
- Ability to manage user access controls while maintaining compliance with organisational policies.
- Strong written communication skills for process documentation and knowledge bases.
- Commitment to inclusivity and adaptability within a supportive environment.
