About the Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing costs and ensuring financial efficiency throughout various stages of large-scale civils and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Managing procurement processes and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitoring project expenses and implementing cost control measures.
- Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize project delivery while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Evaluating variations and claims and providing accurate cost reports.

Requirements:

- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale heavy civils and infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management principles.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as CostX, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
