Key Responsibilities:

- Transform guest bedrooms and bathrooms into immaculate havens
- Thoroughly vacuum bedrooms and corridors
- Refresh bed linen, towels, and amenities in accordance with our guidelines
- Adhere to lost property procedures
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Follow Health & Safety protocols
- Engage in daily training activities to expand your skillset

The Ideal Candidate:

- Prior hotel cleaning or housekeeping experience (preferred)
- Warm, friendly personality with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Commitment to delivering outstanding service
- Thrives in a team environment
- Professional appearance and demeanour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
