We are hiring for our client, a successful, production‑led business based in Ashbourne, Co. Meath, North of Dublin.

They are seeking a Temporary HR Officer to support their HR function during a busy period of growth. This is a 4‑month fixed term role offering a competitive salary and the chance to contribute meaningfully to daily HR operations across a dynamic site of approximately 90 employees.

The Role:

- 4 month temporary contract offering an immediate start

- Manage and coordinate recruitment and selection processes

- Support onboarding and deliver employee inductions

- Coach and guide managers on day‑to‑day HR queries

- Handle employee relations issues and support positive engagement

- Maintain and update the North Time Data (NTD) time & attendance system

- Run weekly attendance and HR reports from the NTD system

- Assist with administrative HR tasks and employee file maintenance

- Support the implementation of HR processes and policies site‑wide

The Person:

- Previous experience in an HR Officer or generalist HR role

- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Confident managing recruitment and onboarding processes

- Proficient with time & attendance or HR systems (experience with North Time Data is an advantage)

- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism
