We are seeking applications from energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the above positions. The successful candidate will be afforded all necessary training and development in line with the role. Candidates must be highly motivated and creative, with a passion for engaging with people who use our service daily. Candidates will contribute to enriching the lives of those we support. We are seeking a Psychotherapist to jointo join our dynamic team at Nua Healthcare on a sessional basis. The role will typically require 15 hours per week. The post holder will be responsible for the planning and provision of high quality, services across the business to people with complex mental health needs. This will include the following on a day-to-day basis: Live our Mission, Vision and Values. Promote and deliver services within the Company ethos and philosophy. Work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team providing an integrated and coordinated service to our service users and contribute to the development of person-centred plans. Participate actively in general development of the service. Ensure that professional standards are maintained. Maintain quality standards within the service and participate in quality development. Comply with policies and procedures as advised. Providing evidence-based, brief, strengths-focused, and goal-oriented interventions. Contributing to research, service audits, and evaluations as required. Maintaining professional and personal boundaries at all times. Actively participating in team meetings and other relevant meetings as necessary. Qualification: A recognized qualification of at least Level 8* or higher on the NQAI framework in Counselling and/or Psychotherapy. Must be a fully accredited Psychotherapist with a professional accrediting body (such as IACP, IAHIP, FTAI, APAC, or similar) and have completed 50 hours of personal therapy as part of their training. Experience: At least two years of post-qualifying experience working with clients. Experience of assessing complex caseloads. Knowledge: Knowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the area. All candidates must meet the registration requirements of the Psychological Society of Ireland. Skills: Full Clean Driving Licence required for the post. Genuine respect and empathy for diversity and individuality. Strong leadership skills. Strong problem-solving skills and judgement Making critical decisions and recommendations. Capable of working within a fast-paced and flexible team. Good listener and open to learning from others. Excellent organisational skills / self-motivation / self-starter.
