Beechfield Care Group are currently seeking to recruit a Staff Nurse who will work alongside the Director of Nursing in Beechfield Manor Nursing Home, Shankill, Co. Dublin. We aim to provide a consistently strong standard of care to our residents. Quality of care, being mindful of HIQA regulations, is the fundamental aspect of this role. Contract: Permanent (Maternity leave 6-9 months ) The successful candidate will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for residents to the highest professional and ethical standards. Role Responsibilities: Quality of Care Responsibilities Day to day supervision of the care and nursing staff Co-ordinate resident activities Work within HIQA regulations Any other duties as assigned by line manager Candidate Requirements: NMBI Registered Excellent Clinical, Leadership and Organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
