CPL Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Supervisor to lead and manage a team of Social Care Workers and Healthcare Assistants in a family home setting in Drogheda. This role is with one of our clients who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-cantered homecare services to individuals in need of support.

Location: Drogheda, Co. Louth

Timing: 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM weekend off

Requirement:

- A Minimum level 7 in Applied Social Care
- A thorough knowledge of Principles and Practice of Social care.
- Understanding of basic management principles
- At least three years’ experience
- Full Driving License is essential

Responsibility :

- A recognised qualification in Social Care or a related field (QQI Level 7 or higher).
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the healthcare sector, ideally in a homecare setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and support a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A full driving licence and access to a car is preferred, as the role may involve travel.
- Passion for providing person-centered care and improving the lives of those receiving support.
