Dublin, Ireland Fire Financial Services Limited Full time

We are looking for a Product Analyst responsible for defining payment features of the Fire product, gathering information, analysing data, designing solutions and documenting requirements.

Fire is an embedded payments services provider. We empower businesses to get paid, make payments, and automate their payment processes by offering integrated access to a range of payment services.

Regulated in both Ireland and the UK, Fire is a member of multiple payment schemes and networks across the UK and Europe. As an established payment services provider, we work with thousands of businesses and some of the region’s largest financial institutions to co-create and deliver innovative payment solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and customer value.

Responsibilities – what is the role?

As a product analyst you will be working closely with our Chief Product Officer, development team and other stakeholders from across the company. You will be responsible for the design and definition of payment services and features of the Fire product. You will gather information, analyse data, design solutions and document requirements. Your key success metric will be the delivery of agreed features that create a compelling payment service.

The role entails:

- Taking responsibility for project delivery, you will manage projects from scope and design, through development and into production, being accountable for outputs – scope, design, plans etc.
- Being a solid technologist, understanding and working with developers to deliver outcomes.
- Planning, organising and managing yourself to a high standard, producing high quality and clear outputs.
- Engage across the organisation to ensure all stakeholders are involved as needed throughout the project
- Work with suppliers, partners and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

What should you have?

You will have at least two years’ experience in product and project management, with a degree. You should have strong organisational skills that will enable you to plan and coordinate your work across multiple projects, activity streams and teams. We expect you to take a logical approach to understanding problems and to be a clear and concise communicator.

Experience of working in payments would be a distinct advantage, such as knowledge of clearing systems, accounts, payments, FX, Open Banking and cards.

As a member of the Fire team, you will be contributing to the development of new and innovative payment solutions – working with an experienced team, you will have the opportunity to make an impact.

What else?

You will be joining a fast-growing established payment services business with offices in Dublin and London. You will have the opportunity to learn, develop and make an impact. In addition to offering a competitive salary and commission scheme we will provide you with a great place to work, engage and take responsibility for delivering compelling financial services products. This is a hybrid role with three days per week based at our offices in Dogpatch Labs, CHQ Building, Dublin, or Eagle Labs at Shoreditch, London.
