Your EHS Role

As EHS Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring operations meet the highest standards of health, safety, and quality. You’ll work closely with the Quality Manager to support operations and help drive best practices throughout the site.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:

- Champion health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across the site.

- Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with legal and customer requirements.

- Lead initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement in safety and quality.

- Assist in audit preparations and maintain site certifications.

- Develop training programs and coach team members on safety and quality standards.

- Monitor performance metrics and provide insightful reports.

- This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you’ll be actively involved in driving improvement and innovation every day.
