About Your New Pizza Store Manager Job

You will be responsible for the following:

1. People Management, Mentoring and Training
2. Staff Rotas
3. Cash handling procedures
4. Stock management
5. Deliver outstanding quality, service and store profitability
6. Customer services
7. Branding and advertising
8. Reporting and metrics
9. Logistics
10. Inventory control
11. Internal staff meetings

What Skills You Need for this Pizza Store Manager Job

1. Written and spoken fluent English
2. A relevant Food Qualification or Degree is a strong advantage
3. Previous experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor or Assistant Manager in hospitality, food or retail
4. Experience of opening and closing store
5. Experience in supervising staff
6. Experience in operations
7. Experience in reporting and costings
8. Excellent organisational and communication skills
9. Must be living within commuting distance to Drogheda
10. Must have up to date EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa to be applicable for this role
