Sligo, Ireland Cpl Healthcare Full time

Our client provides unique products and services to the manufacturing industry to reduce unforeseen production downtime and optimise maintenance practises. They are currently recruiting for a mechanical technician, who will be responsible for data gathering on pumps and valves. This position will cover the Leinster region and will be predominantly based on-site.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. On-site condition monitoring & reliability services, primarily machine testing using Vibration Analysis, Ultrasonics & Infrared Thermography
2. Eastway Safeguard Monitoring System Installation
3. Office-based technical data analysis, i.e. vibration, thermal, ultrasonic analysis
4. Client report preparation
5. Liaising with client personnel on-site

Requirements

1. Maintenance / Reliability Technician Experience 3 years+
2. Excellent technical ability
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office & similar software packages
4. Experience working in pharmaceutical or food & beverage industry 3 years+
5. Enjoys working as part of a team but enjoys taking responsibility and initiative
6. Candidate looking for a medium-long term career move and an appetite for learning
7. Role will involve regular domestic travel within assigned region (either Munster or Leinster)
8. Opportunity for international travel (only if desired)
