Our client is has over 40 year's experience in property development and has built up a solid reputation for building quality residential homes that are comfortable, modern and energy efficient. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join their team in Clondalkin, Dublin. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring efficient daily operations Maintain accurate site diaries and manage workforce levels to meet programme targets Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards Implement and monitor Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems Identify opportunities for process improvement while maintaining safety and compliance Requisition materials and ensure deliveries meet specification and scheduling needs Organise and attend site meetings to facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in a Site Management role, ideally with a main contractor Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related trade background Proven experience delivering projects from inception through to completion Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive performance and manage subcontractors Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and attention to detail Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational skills Deep technical and practical knowledge of the construction industry and regulatory environment What We Offer Competitive salary Company laptop and phone Company vehicle or travel expense reimbursement (dependent on role requirements) Support for continuous professional development, including further education Annual performance reviews to support your career goals Access to lifestyle benefits such as the Bike to Work Scheme Regular company social events that foster a collaborative and engaging work culture.
