We're looking for a Development Director with experience in managing large IT products who is ready to take responsibility for the results of our flagship games. With a strong product vision, you will lead key processes in product development and promote the professional growth of a large team of industry experts.
This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).
Tasks Managing a cross-functional product team of 100 people
Design and implementation of production processes
Definition and implementation of the product development strategy
Hiring, training, and developing a product management team
Requirements Experience in managerial roles in the development of successful IT products
Outstanding talent in managing and building large teams: hiring, evaluating, and developing key employees
Experience forming a management vision
Fluency in Russian
Work Format Remote or from one of the company's offices.
